Our new studly roo “Thor” came to the farm yesterday. He’s big, bold and beautiful! A much needed credential for protecting our hens. We re-homed him from a loving family who could no longer keep chickens.
Our first reaction when we saw him, was “Wow, OMG” as he was placed in a large dog-crate. Mark and I looked at each other, and said, he’ll do just fine on the farm!
The girls have taken a liking to their new protector. We’re thrilled to give him a new home.
