Installing a New Queen
Unusual (for me anyway) bee noises. Heard this several times while gently holding the new queen cage. Lets see if the video loads here. You will hear birds chirping first... then a rhythmic noise called "piping". That's the virgin queen bee!
Honey Flows
The Moss hive doing well.. A nectar flow is happening.. getting the honey supers on. A sweet sweet happening in the Beeyard.
Shearing Splendor

Hive inspections
Alisa is standing next to The Sunflower hive during late May. Girls are busy bringing in pollen. Hive inspection reveals several queen cells. This hive needed to create a queen. Sometimes that happens.
Hives Finished
